Is this workshop technical?
No. This workshop is built for non-technical professionals. While I explain how AI works in plain language, the focus is on practical use, leadership strategy, and business results. Not coding or data science.
Do you customize the content for my team or industry?
Absolutely. Every workshop is designed based on a short discovery call with you. I tailor examples, exercises, and recommendations to your business, industry, and current level of AI adoption.
What tools or platforms do you cover?
I typically introduce tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini and other leading generative AI platforms but we adapt to your environment. If your team already uses a specific platform (like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365), I’ll tailor the sessions accordingly. If your team is ready for agentic AI, I can dive into those tools as well.
What’s the ideal group size?
This largely depends on your company. Companies I work with typically start with a group of leaders in the organization and then filter down into other groups or teams.
Can this be delivered virtually?
Yes. I offer both virtual and in-person formats (or a mix). Virtual sessions are designed to be engaging and highly interactive via Zoom or Google Meet, and we can break up the content into smaller sessions if needed.
What deliverables do we get after the session?
You’ll receive a summary report with your 30-day action plan, prioritized AI opportunities, a starter AI policy draft, and any templates or frameworks we used during the session.
Can we expand this into a longer engagement?
Yes. Many clients start with the workshop and then bring me in to help implement pilots, formalize policies, or provide fractional AI leadership support. We’ll discuss follow-up options based on your needs and momentum.
