Private session, just the two of us. I share my screen. You watch me build and explain in real time. You ask questions throughout. This is a conversation, not a presentation.

Who you're talking to.
Pat Schaber has spent 25 years in B2B marketing and sales leadership, inside companies and as an independent consultant. He works with small and mid-market businesses to help them adopt AI in ways that actually work: no hype, no overbuilt tech stacks, no shortcuts that fall apart six weeks in.
Before consulting, he spent two years inside a company leading AI implementation across the full organization: workflows, tooling, team adoption, governance, and the cultural side that most companies underestimate. These sessions are drawn directly from that work.
